1. Service Confirmation
- Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your session’s date, time, and coach information.
2. Service Delivery
- Session Medium: Coaching sessions are conducted either in-person at a mutually agreed location or online via platforms such as Zoom or Skype, as specified by the coach.
- Access Details: For online sessions, access links or meeting IDs will be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
3. Scheduling and Rescheduling
- Client-Initiated Changes: If you need to reschedule, please do so through your account dashboard, adhering to the coach’s rescheduling policy.
- Coach-Initiated Changes: In rare cases where a coach needs to reschedule, you will be notified promptly to arrange an alternative time.
4. No-Shows and Late Arrivals
- Client No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session, subject to the coach’s policy.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your session time, depending on the coach’s availability.
5. Technical Issues
- Client-Side Issues: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and functioning equipment for online sessions. Refunds are not provided for client-side technical failures.
- Coach-Side Issues: If technical difficulties arise on the coach’s end, efforts will be made to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
